Beth started practicing yoga in the early 2000’s and immediately fell in love with the strength and sense of calm she felt when she came to her mat consistently. In 2013 She earned her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certification in Seattle, WA and has been teaching ever since.
Beth’s approach to yoga has evolved throughout the years but one thing that has anchored her teaching is the belief that we’re all capable of some pretty powerful things when we allow ourselves be vulnerable in the face of resistance. Her intention as a teacher is to use movement and breath as tools to bring us into our bodies and to challenge beliefs that limit our capacity to thrive as humans in this wild, beautiful world.
Beth’s classes are breath-centered and rooted in strength and stability. She’s drawn to teaching fluid, dance-like flows and loves exploring hand-balances of all types. But above all, She strives to provide a supportive space for all of us to take time to play and pause during our otherwise hectic lives.
