NEw Year's DAy silent retreat

This retreat is a great opportunity to have a longer period of mindfulness practice at the turning of the year. We'll practice meditation, journaling and restorative yoga together to integrate the last year in our bodies and minds and make space for a new year to come.
What: Half-Day Silent Meditation Retreat
When: Saturday January 1 10AM-2PM; lunch break at 12
Where: Zoom (you won't need to look at your screen for the majority of practice -- I know we're all zoom fatigued)
Please do your best to join for the entire retreat and let me know if you plan to leave early or join late. This retreat will be online so you can find a room in your home, gather some props to ensure you can sit comfortably and join us from your space. Prior meditation experience is not required; this retreat is available to everyone. We will practice seated meditation, walking meditation, yin and restorative yoga and contemplation.
