Hope believes in the power of yoga to help us all heal. She started teaching in 2011, and today emphasizes the healing through yoga for Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit equally. She teaches from a place of empathy and compassion, with the intent for all people to feel welcome and accepted as they are. Her classes are slow paced, but strong and skillfully sequenced.
As someone who has dealt with depression, anxiety and body dysmorphia for most of her life, she understands and appreciates how important a mindful practice is for our mental health. She takes this work very seriously, but if you’re lucky, you might catch her endearingly goofy side too!
