Kali is a 500-hour RYT-certified teacher who has trained in traditional Hatha and yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic lifestyle, and mindfulness practices. She completed the bulk of her yoga studies in Bali, Indonesia, where she studied and taught for two years. She is also a certified meditation instructor and coach, and loves teaching the principIes, practices, and psychology of meditation.
In guiding any practice, it is her great passion to create comfortable and easeful environments for students of all levels of experience to settle into the body and tune into the “inner landscape.” Kali’s classes incorporate steady, mindful movement, time and space for stillness, and the use of conscious breathing.
